Tarryn Brumley is a 4th-year undergraduate student at Drury University pursuing a bachelor’s degree in chemistry with a minor in mathematics. At Drury, she conducted research in the Kiernicki Lab, investigating the influence of redox-active centers on hydrogen bond strengths. During the summer of 2026 she is participating in the NSF Chemistry REU Program at the University of Minnesota, where she works in the Lamb Lab studying POxa polymers. In addition to her academic pursuits, Tarryn is a member of Drury University’s Varsity Women’s Triathlon Team, and she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family and friends in her free time.
